Next steps for UNQ Universe

It’s time to give you a recap of what we’ve accomplished and a plan for our next steps.

December was a crazy month for us; we completed our UNQ Universe NFT drop, launched our UNQ Club IDO, and finally started our private Beta.

However, in this article, we will mainly focus on the UNQ Universe, where we have plans to add multiple features and have already made numerous updates.

• We’ve airdropped 5,000 NFTs;
• We’ve listed on four marketplaces — Magic Eden, Solsea, Solanart, and FTX.US;
• We’ve released the Evolution system where holders can evolve the UNQ Universe NFTs;
• We’ve created a special 3D Viewer;

Now is the time to address the Neutrino and Dark Matter tokens. As some of you may recall, the original idea behind those tokens was to ensure that the Universe NFT launch was fair, that bots could not snipe it, and to benefit those involved in the activity around the project.

All along, we had some big plans for Neutrino and Dark Matter. For example, creating special DAOs, developing a separate platform for trading, and many more features. But our primary goal, of course, was to build and support our Universe ecosystem organically and logically.

That’s why, after a few internal workshops and checking with our community, we have made a hard decision to modify the original plan. With this decision, our time will be primarily invested in improving the benefits of our UNQ Universe NFTs.

One of the steps in that direction is that UNQ Universe NFT holders will have the ability to buy evolution points with Neutrino and Dark Matter. Exact prices will be announced later.

In general, we will integrate the UNQ Universe NFTs into our ecosystem and make sure they play a significant role. We will refactor and revisit some of the features we discussed and add new ones.

For example, we will not provide additional drops because it will hurt the economy, but we will introduce a Merge system.

Of course, that’s not all we are going to do; there are a lot of features that we plan to develop.

But most importantly, we want to be more engaged with our community. That’s why we will have an AMA with our community every two weeks to update everyone regarding our progress and answer community concerns and suggestions. Our first AMA this year will be hosted in our Discord on January 26th at 20:00 UTC.

Finally, we are putting together a solid marketing strategy to help promote the Universe project, as well as the entire UNQ ecosystem. We now have a dedicated team that will help us create and sustain the Universe DAO and develop partnerships and giveaways throughout the year.
